Why you would ever vote for someone who was the target of the Spies in round 2 is beyond me. Votes for Gretchen - Kirsten, Jason, Levi, Pete Burn. So ... since I want a Sunday finale, this means I am rooting for the Spies, eh? Okay, go Mirela. Rah rah rah.

Poor Gretchen. Can't wait for Jenya to pull this off. Girlfriend deserves it.

Raise your hand if you're surprised. *crickets* No one? Bye Gretchen. I will certainly miss your humor.
Congrats to Jenya and Mirela for being the second team of spies to win in the Spies series. Bravo.

Out of sheer stubbornness, I am still going with not-Jenya and with Kirsten. Jenya, I mean, I don't know, who makes a happy thread when you're at LYLO?
Imprisonment will probably be Pete or Jason because they won't be exiled, but I think it should be whoever has the least chance of solving the Spies mystery. The Spies need to pull over 1 poor schlub to win, so I'd work off that strategy.

Okay, look, I mean maybe Kirsten's a citizen and she's trying to survive and get Jason imprisoned by lying, like "Look I'll exile Levi and Pete, so keep me around and kill off the 1 person who in the game who is apparently safe but in reality is my #1 suspect" - ya know?
But I doubt it!

Oh, and besides, I wanted the Spies to win so the finale would be on Sunday.
Soooo uh, yeah .... my bad. I want to see horrible game play by the citizens. I forgot.

It's so small. ;_;
btw, I am glad these Spies have shown you can survive the endgame. Obviously surviving the endgame is more difficult than earlier on but it can be done!

Well I don't know if it was their plan or not, but doing imprisonments in reverse order wasn't such a bad idea after all. Three reasons:
1. Usually you'd keep around players like Ed, William, and Oswald to the end (Mirela, if she wasn't a Spy, would fall into this category too, and maybe Thor did as well but he got exiled instead) because they're perceived as easy to beat. The problem with that is it exposes the stronger Spies and opens up a lot of WIFOM cans of worms. Pete, Jason, Kirsten, and Jenya all should've been eliminated ages ago if they're citizens - but since only 2, max, can be Spies, there's plenty of cover
2. It made everyone think these Spies were crazy and stupid. As a result, citizens who were perceived as crazy or stupid were more easily misidentified as Spies.
3. Citizens thought the Spies were sloppy, and as a result, they relaxed and their gameplay grew sloppier (Amelia exile, anyone? Gretchen?). They underestimated their opponents (the cardinal sin of any game, if you ask me.

Levi: STFU with your running vote count pre-imprisonment. Do not make the Spies' imprisonment easier.
Edit: I forgot I was cheering for the Spies now. Keep it up, Levi.

I agree completely. Some of these Imprisonments I was a little surprised on but they have turned out to be fantastic and right on the dot almost every single time. It's amazing. Especially once you learn behind-the-scenes info on some things.

So the play is to exile Kirsten. Probably not a bad move. All of the citizens are already wondering why Kirsten hasn't been imprisibed yet. WIFOM her for the exile. The spies saved her just for this moment. They'll flip someone in the Burg to vote her and that'll be it.

I sense stress from Kirsten. Spy stress.
I think, in retrospect, one of my favorite game moments has to be in round 1, when Mirela was like "LIES FATHER!" over something idiotic with Callahan (he was like "we've never talked" or something and she flipped out, all like "I'm calling you out on your lie!"). I was like "Wow, she's stupid ... and probably clean because round 1 drama is usually citizen-induced".
I now realize those posts were her pathetic attempt to set Callahan up for exile. Like she was "doing her part" or something.
God, what a turd.

Like she was "doing her part" or something. God, what a turd. If I were a cit though, I'd be stressing too. Wondering how in the world I'm gonna explain to everyone who has been eliminated how we blew something like an 18-3 advantage in favor of the citizens. Maybe she's a spy though. But I'll still stick with Jenya and Mirela. Random thought, but Jenya and Kirsten would definitely be a kick ass spy team if those two were the last ones. And I LOLd at the turd comment. I'm sad that I'm missing the finale (possible) on Sunday. It'd be great to be there, but camp will already be in session by then. I can't believe I'm only down to 4 weeks left. It's been fun. We had an AFN news crew follow us around for a few days and I just found the story posted online. If you're interested, I can PM you a link to it. I think though I'm calling it a night. Can't wait to see what chaos has ensued tomorrow.

Also I said spy stress from Kirsten because she's the one going "I'd vote out Levi or Pete or Mirela" when hello, at least 1 of those is a misexile and there's no more room for mistakes. Feeling for targets, yes?
There's no way that Kirsten, who wrote up the mega cases on Iris, Donald, and Levi is just this clueless and directionless right now. It's a ruse.

hehehehe.... I'm just relishing the jaw-dropping... mostly in the loser's lounge. OMG. You have to see that place. And go through the 2,500+ posts of DAILY jenya/mirela hate. And feel their smugness, and vicious insults to people in the game over not suspecting mirela for months, and how they are genuises who see it all and know mirela is a spy and over and over and over every single post all of them make is suspecting mirela and to do that was just fun!

You must have had just a tone of fun sitting back and watching EVERYONE just hate on Mirela for the past several weeks. I really haven't given these last 2 spies enough credit. Maybe even for Amelia as well. At least one of them, if the other is Jenya has fooled pretty much everyone outside of this game. I don't have a clue who it would be. Kirsten doesn't make sense unless she's a genius. Levi seems like the obvious choice now, but almost too easy. Pete as a spy seems unlikely since he's gone for a week during a hugely critical time. Unless this is just another strategic move by the spies. Jason? At this point, I wouldn't put it past anyone now. I am greatly enjoying this.

I really admire how *both* of the spies were able to make the top five trusted from the Episode #10 trusted list. (everyone left in the game fills the top five of that list, it went Jason-Jenya-Pete-Kirsten-Levi.) As DC and her friends can attest to being in the 'trusted/citizen' part of any list is extremely difficult, I think the best showing prior to this game was one person being 3rd most citizen-ish on that list. That's pretty crazy, to be so unsuspected and so trusted!

My spy guesses. I think Levi is the best bet if they want to exile a spy. He and Jenya do make sense together. Down to the final 5, I don't see why 2 spies would try to bus each other now. If I were in the game, my vote would go to Levi, but I'm not so I just get to watch and see how this excitment plays out.

I know its early for you folks, but with only about 12 hours left, there sure isn't a whole lot happening at the moment. The Burg hasn't been shut down again has it?
