Zhawn-yah edited her post. She is totally hiding some ulterior motive behind that!

I'm sure they are lurking in peace.
Anyone care to give us a recap of what the HQ is looking like about now?

I miss spies6 chat. Me too. Can people post my name more often? Post my name, post my name. When no one is around you, say Rey-bey I love you. They are probably in Spy HQ attempting to determine exactly the best method to countering my assertion that Iris is a CIT. Anyone care to give us a recap of what the HQ is looking like about now? Iris: I can't believe Kirsten accused me of being a citizen. I'm totally screwed now. Thor: I used to think you are a citizen, now I think you're not. Amelia: Thor, why do you keep saying that? You never thought we were citizens. Thor: I used to think you were right, but now I think you're not. Amelia: Thor, WTF...Ugh, I'm not even going to bother. Thor: I used to think you would bother, but... Amelia: Seriously, STFU. Iris: Amelia, help me. Amelia: I need to beat Thor with a newspaper first.

Also, in like the 3% chance I am wrong about Iris, I am going to look like the biggest tool in the history of the spies series. God, I hope that I am not wrong, haha.

I'm glad you were still wondering. That means my post counts as "content". Does that make you content? Also, Ariel, here's another content post for you: Recap your suspicions of Rey for me. I want to know what actions he has done to make you believe he is a spy.

What are the thoughts on strategically quick lynching for the purpose of getting people self-votes to make it easier to exile them next round?

Wow. This is nuts.
Anyway. Erm... /confirm?
I don't even really get what's going on here except for forum Mafia, but this is like that time when I showed up at a party in high school and I was told to bring wine coolers, but everybody laughed when I walked in with Bartles & James.
So, on to what's really going on....
Seven posts eh? WellI'd better make these last.
First: to Roxy I say: You are an idiot. You accuse me of sucky logic when I'm looking for connections in a game of misdirection and lies. You are an admittedly new player to this whole thing and I think your suspicions consist mainly of "I don't like you"-isms and "you think I'm suspicious so you're stupid"-ness. You want to call my logic into question because it included you and I think you get hung up on your personal likes and dislikes and don't try one bit to actually look for clues beyond disliking what people have to say. You're reactionary and a very horrible Citizen.

Second. To Kirsten I say: Yeah, yeah, I'm all about Spy connections and I realize that because I came forward with my Imprisonment Immunity that I'm inextricably linked to Iris. I get that. I DID, however, receive a post from Sam that I began the game with one immunity from imprisonment. I don't know if it's a role action or something else, but from what I've read of the other Spies games, depending absolutely on the "assumed" ways that things work has led to more than one problem for the Cits. I have no idea whether Iris is telling the truth about her role or if she even has a role, but I can emphatically state that I have a one-shot immunity from imprisonment that I could not use until Imprisonment #2. I can't re-post the post here without fear of self-votes and lord knows I've had enough of those. Suffice it to say that if Iris flips Spy I will TOTALLY understand if I go next, but I'm a Citizen. And as such, it's my duty to try to dissuade people from Exiling me. And, why thank you. I DO have great hair and a look of eagerness about me to Exile Spies. Also, thanks for the newspaper nod.

All the spies met on Sunday, May 17th, one month ago today!
Jaya, Donald, Almathea, Iris, Amelia, Spy_Y and Spy_X.
They were really excited to meet each other, well, the four of them that were there. Except that Jaya only spoke in very small words and Donald was afk doing labwork. Iris's butt hurt and her keyboard was sticky(or was it the other way around?!), so she couldn't stay for long. And Amelia and Spys X and Y were out of town for the next day or two. Almathea came flying into the chat room:
spies6Almathea: hiiii guyzzzzz omg i think people suspect me spies6jaya: y? spies6donald is Away. spies6Almathea: did anyone say anything bad about me yet?!!! spies6Iris: Alma, would you rather have Imprisonment immunity, a roleblock, or a Cadbury Caramello? spies6Almathea has left the room spies6Iris: hmm. jaya? spies6Jaya: choco spies6Iris: I don't have any chocolate to give, Sam only gave me the caramel bar. It's good though. spies6Jaya: k spies6Jaya has left the room spies6Iris: Ok, Donald, I guess you get the roleblock and I'll give Amelia immunity. spies6Iris: Which one of you is The Jailer again? spies6Iris is Away.
Tune in tomorrow for more Spy bonding and excitement, when Amelia checks her PMs for her role, and Jaya finishes 4th in the Power Challenge!

Beginning the game with immunity, and being given it - sound like two different things.
Oh yeah Kirsten you forgot another reason why Iris is a Citizen.
1) She received her role via a PM from Sam. 1a) She received her role before her alignment.

Third.
To Rey I say: If you think I'm so suspicious (and yes I realize you're trying to get me to freak out or address you directly because that's how you operate), why are you voting for Iris?
I mean, you went from voting for me in the last Exile to chatting with me and switching your vote, to coming back to voting me for this Exile. I'm not exactly sure how I've garnered your sweet, sweet boy-charms, but I will say that if Iris and I were Spies together it would be totally stupid for me to back her up. I know this is me explaining "how I play" or "what the 'best' Spy play is" in this situation, but c'mon. I'm not an idiot.
A) I have an immunity to imprisonment that I may or may not have already used.
B) Iris, regardless of her alignment, may be the one who gave it to me. I assume so since she's the only one to have claimed to have done so and no one else has come forward to say "Wait a minute, I loved Amelia's hair and fresh face and gave her that before the game began."
C) Iris could well be a Spy.
D) If I were a Spy and Iris were a Spy, it would be suicidal to back her up in this instance and I would have said "Hellz naw! she don't gimme no gif'"
E) See A) and repeat.

Beginning the game with immunity, and being given it - sound like two different things. I never argued that i was necessarily given it. So we can debate semantics and such as long as you'd like, but when someone mentions they gave me an immunity and I got a post from Sam that I began the game with an immunity, I tend to want to comment on it since everyone's up in arms about it. I am not familiar with the mores of Spies, so could someone tell me why Iris is "so tttly lyng" based on what you all "know"? I'm not defending her, I'm genuinely asking. I mean, forgive me if she sounds more credible after this, but think about it from my perspective: Sam tells me I have a one-shot immunity from imprisonment and now Iris says she gave it to me. What am i supposed to think?

By the way, either Ariel's a spy and Rey's a cit, or Ariel and Rey are the last two spies. Ariel got a little sloppy at the end of the Lotta Power chat. spies6rey (10:33:14 PM): but i'm so tiiiiired. spies6Ariel (10:33:21 PM): So go to bed! spies6Ariel (10:33:28 PM): The power will still be in the hands of a citizen.

I can emphatically state that I have a one-shot immunity from imprisonment that I could not use until Imprisonment #2. Considering imprisonment 2 was the first imprisonment, I would assume you couldn't use it earlier. Suffice it to say that if Iris flips Spy I will TOTALLY understand if I go next, but I'm a Citizen. And as such, it's my duty to try to dissuade people from Exiling me. So...what is your stance on Iris? Also, thanks for the newspaper nod. I figured I'd work that in somewhere.

Considering imprisonment 2 was the first imprisonment, I would assume you couldn't use it earlier. I was gonna all call you out and stuff, but no you're totally right. I didn't even realize that until now. What the eff kind of game begins with an Imprisonment #2?

As for my stance on Iris: I apologize for continuing to play the newbie card here, but what about what she said, other than the whole "I have to lie but now I don't have to" is odd?
I mean, I think that's kind of strange, but I've seen weirder roles in Mafia games before.

And by the way, I don't think Amelia should be exiled on that "No role actions Episode 1" evidence alone. I also think the mod should clarify that rule if it's not absolute. I lean against it being absolute, because Ariel received a power of sorts in Episode 1. But then again, that wasn't triggered by what we typically think of as a mafia "role", something people carry from day to day.

spies6.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=mafiagames399&action=display&thread=1517&page=3#8644That should summarize the basic premise of how Iris is scum. And by summarize, I mean it's a really long post with a lot of flavor and sarcasm, but hopefully it gets the point across. She claimed something that could not have possibly been true, and then claimed she had to lie about it after she got called out for it. Sstart forming up lynch mob. She then proceeded to tell "the truth" about it, which completely nullified her previous argument that she "had to lie." Start tying the noose to the great Oak out back. And then the "truth" that she told makes absolutely no sense based on both her and Donald's actions over the course of the game. Tighten noose around Iris' neck.

What are the thoughts on strategically quick lynching for the purpose of getting people self-votes to make it easier to exile them next round? I would call you cutthroat, but then that's nothing new. On a more strategic note, I think that would be a very Spy-ish thing to do: It's likely that the Cits with Roles and the Spies are the most engaged (just an observation of human nature, mind you), so that would give a LOT of Cits self-votes.

Why would she give it to me?
