The Spies got me on this one. I did not expect that.
I will write more when I fix everything.

I am still in shock right now, even after 24 hours Imprisonment 3 has been posted. I keep on going back and forth on what I could have done or should have done to prevent it, so that I could have stayed in longer, possibly making use of my "bonus ability" that my peers just won for me. I keep on looking at several factors that could have contributed to this pre-mature Imprisonment. I could have made too many friends (I was getting good with Roxy!), or showed my tenacity too early (with scumhunting and challenges), or maybe somebody caught me with crumbing my role. or maybe Levi took the Tootsie Role joke too seriously. Whatever it was, it put me into the inevitable slammer... just a bit too early. I just wish the Spies knew I had a role, and then Imprisoned me. Other reasons would be stupid. If they imprisoned me because I did well in the first challenge, or because I am active in scumhunting or because they cannot Exile me, then they are probably one of the stupidest set of Spies this game has seen. I suck on most challenges except the word/trivia related ones (I am impatient with puzzles, the endurance challenge was one of the most annoying things I really hated doing). My mafiascum record speaks for how bad I am with the scumhunting department (EDIT: I just NKed in my last and only game there! What a coincidence!). And the Paris exile does not even "count" as a Spy that I caught, which gives me a total of ZERO Spies/Scum caught in my mafia career. Finally, I was easily the easiest person to frame for Exile with my big mouth and paranoia. I don't know how scum did not see that. Overall, I am still proud of what I have done. I have to give myself credit for turning that horrible "scumslip" with the "Are you a Spy" joke into nothing. From the first possible Exilee in the game, into a person virtually protected by a set of Citizens who will not Exile me. I guess I have continued to prove that I can wiggle myself out ANY controversy. My final spylist at this point will be Levi, Iris, Georgia, Ariel and Gretchen/Amelia/Donald/William. Finally, thank you Sam for giving me another chance to play in your game, and apparently, whenever I take a second stab in your games, I always end up leaving early. I wish I could have participated and given more color to the fabulous game you have created and prepared for all of us. I wish you luck in organizing it and watching it unfold.

Sam, not to be mean or anything but I think you the most boring cast ever. This is probably the first spies since Spies 3 that we had a LL that had only one person talking. It is a bit sad, really, and I do hope that more people stay and watch the game after they left it, though I do not know how you as a host could make sure of that.

lol. you judge the entire cast based on the fact that the THREE other people in the loser's lounge have not logged into the website since you got Imprisoned?
yvette is on vacation, the other two were early boots and you expect early boots to be refreshing the loser's forum everyday where 1 or 2 others are to talk to you about a game they are no longer in?
honestly even if someone else had logged into the site since you got Imprisoned I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't post a single thing in that forum after the insanity you've been wrecking on it. you look like a freak posting like that. and that's even after I deleted the most insane maniacal ramblings. calm down!

This has totally been an ego trip for me, this entire thing, trying to win this game again. I am trying to think that I am better than everyone else in this game when the truth of it is that I "quite" suck at it. Truly this has been a humbling experience and I wish all the remaining players fun and luck... I truly am happy for them on reading the tons of funny posts in the Burg right now!
(Sam: All the while I was thinking you created a fake Loser's Lounge and I was the one who was Jailed. I felt the Callahan and Robert posts there were fake. LOL.)
I guess it is time for me to let go of this game now and I will see you around.
Probably not Spies 7... maybe I will see spies9Felix and get my revenge there. :-p

ross, i'm sorry you got eliminated early but it's just a game. it happens. this isn't like olympic archery. it's more like the spelling bee - one bad break with something out of your control and it's over. it's just the game. early imprisonments are always random, and it's not like the spies are all-knowing. the die just rolled the wrong way. You did it yourself to people when you were a Spy - you kicked out Audrey in Imprisonment #3. The person who played her was great to talk to, really interested in the game, quite intelligent, and may have really got into the game and played future games had he stuck around a little longer. But he didn't, now he's gone, it's just a part of the game. I understand your desire to talk to people about the game, cause it's lots of fun to talk with people. I'll see what I can do. Meanwhile I'm sure more and more people will be coming into the loser's lounge to talk with you, Yvette will get back from vacation, maybe Robert will come back (he is an incredibly awesome person too, but like I said, we'll see).

Some comments on that one: 1. I almost treat Spies as the Olympics. Mafia is my sport. 2. I watched the last Spelling Bee and I thought it was crazy. There were lots of words given in that television broadcast and I was only able to spell one word: Anasazi. (I know you could have spelt that one too. ). And I really felt sorry for the kids who were crying over it... kinda reminded me of myself. :-p 3. Early Imprisonments, I argued before, are not random. We Imprisoned Audrey for a reason back then, mainly because we had no use for her in our plans, and she didn't make herself a viable ally to any of us. (if my memory serves me right) 4. I understand if people come and go in the games, especially those people who are eliminated early. Maybe I was just frustrated that none of the earlier boots chose to stick around and chat with me (I mean, those players who were not in this game are having much more of a blast than I do! e.g. Sluticia and DC) 5. I do not mean to make you do extra work to find people to talk to me or something. I'll deal with it on my own. Meanwhile, I will do my part and put some interesting talking points/topics in the forum so that new people can jump into the conversation. Do not worry about me. 6. I am not playing in Spies 7 because I am not sure about my priorities in life right now. I actually reserved a good chunk of time for Spies 6 so that I can make sure that I have a good grasp of the early game dynamics (which I thought I did). I don't know if I can make the same amount of dedication this game needs for Spies 7.

Pah, Mei Yun still played what's probably the best spy ever (although Jason might've stolen that accolade in this one - it's gotta be close.) I think I've worked out what I like so much about Ross - he's the only player in any game I've been in who can pull off total egotistical arrogance with more panache than I can. And I mean that in the nicest possible way.

Wow, you just summarized my whole personality in one sentence. :-p I'm not going to deny that I am egotistical (not too much!). Other than that, I think Jason did play a very good game and (arguably) could be the best spy ever. I even have a few more in mind that I think could have been "best spy" had they been given the proper opportunities. I think I am lucky to be part of a very diverse and smart team. Jason and Pete basically mastered the bussing+imprisonment strategy which essentially made them unsuspected for the longest amount of time. Now if I think about it, had Spies like Cy had not slipped or Beverly/Angelica not investigated, they could have pulled the biggest Spy wins ever. Again, I think it is all opportunity and how we each capitalize on it. That's why those who "lose" Spies should just reapply and try again next game and see if things swing their way next time. 's Ellis.

This was a tough time for everyone and we were only 10 days in. I was like in complete despair for the game lol. First, so many really active players were going (though everyone was pretty active so maybe that's normal). Almathea, Callahan, Robert, Jaya, Mei Yun, Yvette... . (Paris was super active ep. 1 but then got the job, so I was kinda relieved there.) Not only were super-active players going, but the Spies were doing atrociously, 3 gone in 4 Exiles, and 3 of the other ones in huge trouble. It was like the ultimate worse case scenario ever haha. At this point I'm like "yeah, spies 6 is cursed." You couldn't have made up a more worst case scenario. It's like if you hated my guts and wanted to enact the most painful revenge that's pretty much exactly what you would do lol. Not only that but all the candidates for the Spies' Imprisonment were also super active superstar people and I was freaking out. So funny how it all turned out to one of the best games ever from the wretched beginning.
