It had only been the first few days of the game and Faith already felt like it had been going on for weeks. Daddy never told her how hard this was going to be. Suspicions and tensions ran high and everyone was watching each other, yelling at each other, pointing out the stupidest things to say each other was a spy. Faith’s father said this will teach her some responsibility. Whatever. Faith quickly realized this was going to be a blood bath... and her father was using her to do the work he couldn’t do. This was worse than the time she and her arch rival Cindy went to a party with outfits designed by the same designer.
Faith was used to speaking her mind and getting her way but she had never been in a situation like this. She never had to deal with the consequences of her attitude and because of it she was amazed at herself at how well she had been keeping her mouth shut. The less she said the less there was to incriminate her falsely. Not to mention for once in her life... she was scared of saying the wrong thing.
Thankfully, Faith felt there were some good people in the burg. She enjoyed the company of Ariel, Levi and Mei Yun when they chatted with each other in private and enjoyed the company of many more players when chatting in public like Rey, Iris, and Tiberius. She just had to make sure they were all citizens. She really hoped they were.
Unfortunately for Faith the first round she had been staying at her friend’s place and was unable to interact and do a lot of her own detective work to find spies. She could get on a little bit... but not as often as she wanted to. She realizes this could hinder her because she doesn’t really have any suspects and she had to rely on what other people were saying in the burg for the most part. For the most part Yvette and Robert went after Callahan and Callahan went after Yvette and Robert.
It was hard for Faith to decide because she was honestly suspicious of all three. Faith knew once again she was going out in the afternoon the day of Exile and she had to vote early in case she wasn’t back in time for exile (Fyi I wasn’t ). She decided on Callahan because she felt he had the best case against him. Her vote was going to be either for him or Robert... and all she had to go on Robert was really the way he acts didn’t sit well with her. What Faith didn’t realize at the time was EVERYONE else was voting Callahan as well. Like bandwagon much? Faith thought only Thor, Yvette, Robert, Ariel were voting for him. She had no clue about Mirela, Khaled and Ed. Had she known it was going to be 8-1-1 she would have tried to get people to get off of Callahan. For that Faith felt horrible for the old priest. She was part of a bandwagon of a citizen. Ugh.
On the plus side though Faith was ecstatic to hear that a spy was already caught on another team! Incredible at this stage of the game and she was happy to know only six more of them are left to go. Bring it on spies!!
