I'm just letting you know that in case I get imprisoned I want both of you to agree on which of you is going to sent this.
I want it sent to each of the people on the list. That is because I really think they are citizens)

heretofore made and DECLARE this to be and contain my Last Will and Testament.
I NOMINATE, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT my friend Tiberius,
of the Burg, to be the sole Executor and Trustee of this my Last Will
and Testament, and I herein after refer to him as my 'Trustee'.
IN THE EVENT that I should be imprisoned for some UNFAIR REASON,
Tiberius shall see to it that my SUSPICIONS get to the correct people.
If Tiberius shall be unable or unwilling for any reason whatsoever to act or continue acting as my Executor and Trustee,
I then appoint my other friend Ellis, of the Burg,

SYNOPSIS:
Georgia:
Oswald - I haven't the opportunity to really chat with him, so for now he is a question mark.
William - The same for William. Aside from seeing him in the group chat, I haven't had a chance to chat with him directly.
Gretchen - From the little I've seen of her, I think her very non-committal.
Roxy - She is a Cage Fighter.
Levi - I think him a bit submarine. Though occasionally he does step out and voice opinions without a bit of self doubt added. I think the most notable thing is his tendency to forget people he's met.
Kirsten - After having been able to speak with her more and see what she has to say. She has good ideas, and I don't think her Spyish.
Donald - He seems sincere and sensible.
Amelia - From the little I've spoken with her. She seems to be proactive about Spy hunting, and makes some good points.
Mei Yun - She is direct, and not afraid to force people into activity, or call others out. Which is a good aspect to have on the towns side.
I'm posting this now. I was able to speak to Mei like I wanted.
Just like Almathea, Georgia isn't taking a firm stance.
This should be noted. Her entire read of everyone is nothing.

In reply #19 in the 'The Exile' thread, he tries to fit in as a citizen.
I haven't determined whether or not this is genuine.
Keep an eye out for this one; he is currently neutral.
This statement is pro-citizen, but i'm unsure whether or not it's genuine.

Not really sure what to think of him. I'll have to talk with him more.
Something that stands out to me is when I asked him to play mafia with us before the opening ceremonies,
he refused because 'he didn't want people to know his playstyle'. I can't find the exact quote unfortunately so i'm paraphrasing.

Negative - wanted almathea saved; proclaimed to be a spy during opening ceremonies which offers us WIFOM.

I think Jaya is a citizen due to this.
It's not confirmed, but 85% chance of Jaya being a citizen.
I don't there would be a great advantage for scum to bus their partner that early in the game.
Which is why I think Jaya is even more cleared from this.
