I take the jobs very seriously. As the note taker, it is your job to record the important events of the meeting for the public record. Create a new thread in the Burg and update it as the meeting takes place. You are allowed to take as many notes as you want - for example you could create minutes of the meeting. At the very least you must make a record of each proposal as it takes place. Any proposal that gets at least three support votes and goes up for an official public vote must be recorded. Write down the proposal and the results of the proposal. If it failed, indicate which three or two people blocked it.
You must also write up the results of the final vote. Your role may be taxing but keep up with it. Good luck!
Note taker: The job of the notes taker is to document the decisions, discussion and action points of the decision-making body. The note-taker will make a post on the board. In it they will type up each proposal and the result of the proposal - success or failure. They may also write the vote count or who voted against it is up to them.
