My darling love,
From the moment I spotted you across a crowded room, I was enchanted by your beauty and your wit. You were a wild tropical orchid, bold and free. And for a while, I was so captivated, I wilfully ignored the thorn that you bore in your fragrant bosom.
But alas, ours was a fleeting love, cut short by the unfeeling ironies of fate. For you and I were destined to become adversaries, cruelly pitted against one another in a battle that should never have been waged. The orchid may thrive in the hot-house, such as those ruled over by Ariel and Yvette, but in a rarefied atmosphere such as ours it can barely survive, destined to be cut and pruned.
I pity the poor orchid.
But however rank and corrupt your core may have been, I will carry the memory of your sweet fragrance and gentle warmth until the day I exhale my final breath.
Your one and only true love,
XXXXX

You have way too much time on your hands, LOL.

You have way too much time on your hands, LOL. Almathea will doubtless be disappointed to learn that I knocked this one out in about five minutes. I did genuinely feel sorry for her though. I thought she was a total newbie (could never in a million years have guessed that she was the first repeat spy of the series, much less Subhi) and I wanted to give her something to laugh at once she was out of the game. Sam, just out of interest - did you actually give this to Alma? Before I posted it in the "Taunt the Spies" thread towards the end of the game, I mean?
